I'm Ellen — a mother of three, a healer, and someone who has walked her own way back to herself.
For over twenty years I worked as a nurse and midwife, holding women through some of the most tender moments of their lives. Even then, alternative therapies sat quietly beside my practice — herbs, energy, intuition. I leaned on them as much as I leaned on the science.
Then came burnout. The kind that asks you to stop, to listen, to choose differently. I needed to heal — body and soul — and in the healing, I found the work I'd been moving toward all along.
Now I share what I've learned, so that others can find their own way home. My deepest hope is to empower you — to remind you that the wisdom you're seeking has always been within you.
